  • It can monitor the insulation resistance of the IT system to the ground in real-time, and start the fault warning or alarm function when the resistance exceeds the limit;

  • It has multiple fault indication methods such as relay alarm output and LED light alarm output;

  • With the function of event recording, it is convenient for operators to view and analyze the type and time of occurrence of faults, and to judge the operating status of the system in time;

  • It has a self-test function, which can realize the fault self-test of the instrument hardware circuit with one key;

  • With disconnection monitoring, it can monitor the connection status of the PE/KE functional grounding wire in real-time;

AIM-T300 industrial insulation monitor is mainly suitable for AC, DC and AC-DC mixed ungrounded systems below 450V; AIM-T500 industrial insulation monitor is mainly suitable for AC, DC and AC-DC mixed ungrounded systems below 800V. It is used in IT systems in mines, glass factories, electric furnaces and test equipment, metallurgical plants, chemical plants, explosive hazardous areas, computer centers, and emergency power supplies to monitor the insulation status of the IT system to the ground in real time.At the same time, AIM-T500 supports the bus interconnection function of two sets of IT systems. That is, when two sets of IT systems are combined into one IT system through bus connection, only one insulation monitor works, and the other one can automatically stop the insulation monitoring function after detecting that the bus tie switch is closed.
